  • Jeffrey Smith, Chief Executive Officer - CEO and director since 2009. Previously a partner at NextBoston Investment Partners LLC and CRO of GENSYM (GNSM). Prior to that, CEO of KWI International, a global water treatment technology company and CEO of Smith Valve Asia. He holds an AB in Economics from Brown University.

  • Dr. Xiuhong Sun, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Director - Vice president and director since 1995. Previously worked as a physicist at the Anhui Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics. Earned a PhD from the University of Dundee, Scotland. Accepted at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and earned an MSc in Applied Optics in 1986. Awarded four U.S. patents. Dr. Sun is a naturalized U.S. citizen.

  • Petra Botha, Vice President of Finance and Administration - Vice president since 2009. Previously CFO for 10 years at Midé Technology Corporation, a defense contractor. Prior to that held senior treasury and credit management positions with Anglo American and FirstCorp Merchant Bank in Johannesburg, South Africa. She holds an MBA from Boston University, a MA in International Finance from Brandeis University, and a B.Comm from the University of Stellenbosch. Ms. Botha is a naturalized U.S. citizen.

  • Gerry Clancy, Director of Business Development - Executive since 2008.Colonel, U.S. Air Force (Retired). Previously with National Security Agency. Prior assignment as Chief of Targeting and ISR Director for air operations in Afghanistan and Iraq. Held Program Manager positions with GE/Martin Marietta and Lockheed Martin/Sanders. Holds a BS from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire. Graduate of the Air Command & Staff and the Air War Colleges.

  • Douglas Mills, Director Global Operations - Executive since 2009. Colonel, U.S. Army Reserves. Previously, Operations Director at Applied Materials. His military service as a Senior Army Aviator includes multiple overseas special operational deployments for which he has been decorated. He is a graduate of United States Military Academy at West Point, and is pursuing an advanced degree in Strategic Studies through the U.S. Army War College.

  • J. Andrew Eichelberger, Director of Engineering – Executive since 2010. Previously nine years at Raytheon. Most recently Systems Engineering & Integration CPT Lead and prior to that chief engineer for Raytheon’s Mitsubishi Electric (MELCO) Partnership. Holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering, a BS in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering and a BA in Economics all from Cornell University. Licensed private pilot since 2001.
