- Bruce Blessington, Executive Chairman - Chairman since 2008. Previously CEO of Ferraris Group, plc, an FTSE- listed medical diagnostic device manufacturer; prior to that CEO of Bionostics, Inc., Devens, MA. Currently, Director of Seabrook International, an orthopedic surgical instrument manufacturer and Member, Board of Advisors, Boston Private Bank.
- Avi Nelson - Director since 1992. Currently political analyst/commentator on radio and TV in Boston. Previously founder and CEO of MFP, Inc., owner of television station WMFP-TV. Prior to that he was a R&D microwave engineer at Raytheon Corp. He holds a BE from Yale, MBA from Cornell and an MS in applied physics from Harvard.
- Z. David Patterson - Director since 2006. Previously Co-Founder and Managing Director of Blue Chip Venture Company in Cincinnati, OH. Prior to that President of New England Capital Corporation in Boston, MA. He holds a BS and MBA from Babson College and studied at the London School of Economics.
- Michael Phillips - Director since 2006. Currently President and CEO of Phillips ventures, a Massachusetts-based commercial and residential real estate development firm.
- Jeffrey Smith, Chief Executive Officer - CEO and director since 2009. Previously a partner at NextBoston Investment Partners LLC and CRO of GENSYM (GNSM). Prior to that, CEO of KWI International, a global water treatment technology company and CEO of Smith Valve Asia. He holds an AB in Economics from Brown University.
- Dr. Xiuhong Sun, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Director - Vice president and director since 1995. Previously worked as a physicist at the Anhui Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics. Earned a PhD from the University of Dundee, Scotland. Accepted at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and earned an MSc in Applied Optics in 1986. Awarded four U.S. patents. Dr. Sun is a naturalized U.S. citizen.
